Product description

This product is a super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber that requires compression deformation and nitrile rubber with excellent aging resistance. It is also suitable for EPDM. The vulcanization temperature is 100 ℃, the activity is strong at low temperature, and the scorch tendency is large, and it is easy to cause early vulcanization during mixing. It has an activating effect on thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators, and can be used as a second accelerator. When used in combination with DM, the anti-scorch performance will increase with the increase of DM dosage. Because it is odorless, non-toxic, non-polluting, and does not change color. It is effective in EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber and other products. The general dosage is 0.1-2.0 parts.
