Product description

This product is used as a super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. The performance in dry rubber and latex is similar to the accelerator ZDC (EZ), but the activity is higher. The most suitable curing temperature is 95-100°C. Due to its high solubility in organic solvents, this product is often used in low-temperature vulcanized mortars. When used in dry glue, it is usually only used as a second accelerator, and it is a good active agent for thiazole accelerators. It acts as an antioxidant in the rubber compound and can also improve the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber. This product does not change color, does not pollute, and is easy to disperse. The general dosage is 0.5-2.0 parts.
