Product description

This product is an imidazoline vulcanization accelerator. It can be used in various types of chloroprene rubber, chlorohydrin rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, polyacrylate rubber, etc., and is particularly suitable for use as a safety accelerator for chloroprene rubber in non-vulcanized systems. Normally below 100-500℃, select the appropriate amount of matching system, the best vulcanization can be carried out quickly, and the operation is safe. The vulcanized products have high tensile strength and small permanent compression set. When used in the non-vulcanized system of W-type neoprene rubber, the effect is remarkable. It is usually used in conjunction with zinc oxide and magnesium oxide, and is mainly used in industrial products. It is easy to disperse in the rubber compound, does not change color, and does not pollute. The general dosage is 0.3-2.0 parts.
