Product description

This product is the most important vulcanizing agent for rubber. This product is relatively soluble in natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber at room temperature, but hardly soluble in stereoregular polybutadiene rubber and cyanide butadiene rubber, and its solubility in rubber increases with the increase of temperature. This product is filtered through a 150-mesh sieve and filtered after mixing to remove the agglomerates and crystals in the sulfur powder. When using this product, it is easy to disperse, free of impurities, and no dust. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, cables and general rubber industrial products. It is not suitable for products that come into contact with food. In soft rubber, the dosage is generally 0.2-5.0 parts; in the manufacture of hard rubber, the dosage can be as high as 25-40 parts.
