Product description

This product is used as an auxiliary accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Since it can decompose free sulfur when heated, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent with an effective content of 28% of its mass. When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is relatively safe at operating temperature, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. When used together with thiazole accelerators, it is especially suitable for nitrile rubber, and the vulcanizate has excellent compression set and heat resistance. This product is easy to disperse in dry glue without pollution. The general dosage is 0.3-1 part.
