Accelerator TMTM(TS)

This product is a non-discoloring, non-polluting super accelerator, mainly used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than the accelerator TMTD, and the fixed elongation strength of the vulcanized rubber is also slightly lower. The critical temperature of vulcanization is 121℃, the aftereffect is greater than that of thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, and it has excellent scorch resistance. When using this product, the sulphur dosage range is relatively large. As the sulphur dosage increases, the vulcanization flatness becomes narrower. This product can be used alone or in combination with thiazoles, aldamines, guanidines and other accelerators. It is the active agent of thiazole accelerators. This product is easily dispersed in rubber materials and is mainly used to manufacture cables, tires, hoses, tapes, bright color products and transparent products, shoes, and heat-resistant products. The general dosage is 0.2-0.5 parts.
