Anti-aging agent MB-80

This product is used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and latex. It can also be used for polyethylene. It has protective effects against oxygen, weather aging and static aging, etc. It can also effectively prevent copper damage and overcome the adverse effects caused by excessive sulfur during product vulcanization. This product can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents (such as DNP, AP and other non-polluting anti-aging agents) to obtain significant synergistic effects. This product is easily dispersed in rubber, does not change color in sunlight, and is slightly polluting. When used alone, the dosage is generally 1.0-1.5 phr. When the dosage exceeds 2.0 phr, blooming will occur. The amount used in latex foam rubber is 0.5 parts. It can also be used as a heat stabilizer for polyethylene. Because this product has a bitter taste, it is not suitable for use in food contact rubber products.
