Product description

【Scope of application】

This product is a non-discoloring, non-polluting super accelerator, mainly used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than the accelerator TMTD, and the fixed elongation strength of the vulcanized rubber is also slightly lower. The vulcanization critical temperature of 121°C has greater aftereffect than thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, and has excellent scorch resistance. When using this product, the sulfur dosage range is wide. This product can be used alone or in combination with thiazoles, aldamines, guanidines and other accelerators. It is the active agent of thiazole accelerators. In general (GN-A type) butadiene rubber, it has the effect of delaying vulcanization. When used together with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of rubber to vulcanize early. This product cannot decompose active sulfur and cannot be used for sulfur-free coordination.
