Product description

N550 particles have a smooth surface and high structure. It is a variety with both medium reinforcement performance and good processing performance. Especially it can give the rubber a high stiffness and good extrusion performance, so it is called fast extrusion. Black, its reinforcement performance is higher than other soft carbon blacks, and the wear resistance is even better than channel black, so it is also called medium wear-resistant furnace black (MAF). The rubber has good high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity, especially good elasticity and resilience.

Commonly used in tire plies, sidewalls, inner tubes, and rubber materials for extruded and calendered products. In the butyl rubber inner tube, it is best to use it together with N660, which can not only meet the extrusion performance of the rubber, but also improve the later use performance of the product.
