Super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber and general accelerator for latex. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber that requires compression deformation and nitrile rubber with excellent aging resistance. It is also suitable for EPDM rubber. The vulcanization temperature is 100°C, and the activity is stronger than TMTD, but the activity is stronger at low temperature, and the scorch tendency is large. It is easy to cause early vulcanization during mixing. This product has an activating effect on thiazole sulfenamide accelerators and can be used as a second accelerator. When used with DM, the anti-scorch performance also increases with the increase of DM dosage. Because it is odorless, non-polluting, and does not change color, it is suitable for rubber cloth, food and medical rubber products. In the United States, ZDMC has been approved by the FDA. The effect is remarkable in products such as EPDM and butyl rubber.
