Accelerator NA-22(ETU)

★ Product performance: white powder. Bitter taste. The relative density is 1.43, and the melting point is not lower than 203～204℃. It is soluble in alkaline aqueous solution, hardly soluble in cold water, ethanol, acetone, and insoluble in gasoline and toluene. Suitable for metal oxide vulcanization, especially magnesium oxide and zinc oxide as vulcanizing agents have better effect. It is safe to operate and not easy to scorch.

【Scope of application】

This product can be used as an accelerator for various types of chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chloroether rubber, and acrylic rubber. And especially suitable for 54-1 (W) and general (GN) chloroprene rubber. For W type chloroprene rubber, lead monoxide or lead tetroxide can be used as vulcanizing agent to make water-resistant rubber compound. Used in wires, cables, rubber, pipe straps, rubber shoes, rain boots, raincoats and other products, and also used in fine chemical intermediates, antioxidants, pesticides, dye drugs and synthetic resins.
