CZ is a highly active after-effect accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. The promotion effect is strong when the vulcanization temperature is above 138°C. It is often used as a second accelerator with TMTD, DPG, SP-C or other alkaline accelerators. Alkaline promoters such as thiurams and dithiocarbamates can enhance its activity. Mainly used to manufacture industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, cables, etc.
