采用溶液聚合技术，在环烷酸镍、三氧化硼、乙醚络合物、三异、丁基铝组成的镍系催化剂及微量极性化合物的引发下丁二烯进行立体规整定向的聚合物。具有良好高弹性、耐磨性及耐寒性；滞后损失小、生热低、有优良的抗挠性，与其它橡胶相容性好。缺点是抗撕裂性能、抗湿滑性能较差。适用于各种轮胎、胶管、胶带、胶辊、胶鞋、胶布及耐寒性能较高的橡胶杂件制品。
