Product description

This product is a commonly used after-effect rubber accelerator. It has two major advantages: excellent scorch resistance and short vulcanization time. That is, there is no scorch hazard at the operating temperature, and the acceleration effect is very strong at the vulcanization temperature (above 138°C) . The rubber compound needs to be mixed with zinc oxide and stearic acid. It is often used in combination with accelerators TMTD, D or other alkaline accelerators as the second accelerator. It is especially suitable for synthetic rubber and can improve the tensile strength and tensile strength of vulcanizates. This product is particularly suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber with higher alkalinity and higher oil furnace reinforcement carbon black. Light discoloration, no blooming, excellent aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. Mainly used in the manufacture of industrial products such as tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, and cables. The general dosage is 0.5-2.0 parts.
